Order processing times are separate from the shipping times associated with the shipping method you select during checkout.
Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping times are estimates given by USPS and are not guaranteed. Once a package is handed over to USPS we have no control over the shipment. In the event that a USPS shipment is delayed in transit, BocaDecals.com is not responsible for the delay. No refunds are given for shipping in the event a shipment is delayed for any reason.

We are located in the United States. All orders are shipped from the United States.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. BocaDecals.com is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Transit Times
Displayed transit (delivery) times are estimates and not guaranteed. We ship all of our orders via USPS. Once an order is in the possession of USPS they are responsible for your transit times.
If an order runs late we ask that you give the shipment two weeks to arrive. If your item has not arrived within the two week period we will be happy to assist and send a new order using USPS Ground Advantage shipping. We do not send replacement orders via USPS Priority mail.
We can not refund shipping charges under any circumstance, including when an item arrives late or is lost.
